- Proofread: The proofreading team checks the transcripts for every major and minor mistake and submits it to the quality team after making appropriate corrections.
- Quality check: The quality team checks it one more time for any error and sends it to the accounts manager after a thorough review.
- Upload: The accounts manager then submits it to the client by uploading it on the client after one final check of the document.
